The new car has been declared previously and will be launched in multiple versions, including standard, Pro, and Max, with a 628 km range. There are four battery life versions available: 668 km, 800 km, and 750 km. There is also a track version (which will not be sold in batches), and the price is concentrated between 190,000 and 300,000 yuan.
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has previously announced the application drawings of Xiaomi SU7. Although some of its design elements resemble certain models, including the McLaren 720S, Porsche Taycan, etc., the overall shape is relatively good-looking. Mr. Li Tianyuan, the designer responsible for designing this car, once participated in the design of the BMW iX, and to some extent also gave the Xiaomi SU7 a little gold plating.
The design of the Xiaomi SU7 is still very online. Although you can still see the shadow of competitors, the overall design is very harmonious. The front face adopts a closed design with the Xiaomi logo in the middle, paired with sharp headlights on both sides. This sedan is expected to be available in three versions, including base, Pro, and Max. The specific differences are not yet clear. However, in terms of power, it has single-motor and dual-motor versions. Safety takes center stage in the SU7, with features like powered rear spoilers and, in the Max version, a front-facing LiDAR sensor for adaptive cruise control and collision detection. These driver-assistance features contribute to a safer and more enjoyable driving experience.
The cars will use HyperOS, and at least some will have powered rear spoilers. Compared with the SU7, the SU7 Max adds a front-facing LiDAR sensor that can be used for adaptive cruise control, collision detection, or other autonomous driving functions.
